Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
- The return process requires a video demonstration showing the issue or condition of the product before the return can be initiated. Please share the video with us at info@deendecors.com.
- The product must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Upon receiving the return request along with the required video, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
- The refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs
