Returns

  • Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
  • The return process requires a video demonstration showing the issue or condition of the product before the return can be initiated. Please share the video with us at info@deendecors.com.
  • The product must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving the return request along with the required video, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • The refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after receiving and verifying the shared video.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
